Celebrating May, the month of Mary, at home.

Boys and Girls,

May is a very special month.  At school we always celebrate Our Lady at this time.  We read stories from the Bible about Mary and learn about her life through our Grow in Love programme.  We make colourful wall displays, sing beautiful hymns and recite many of the lovely prayers dedicated to Our Lady.  One of the things we like to do most at school, to show Our Lady how much we love her, is to bring flowers for the beautiful May Altar we always have in the foyer.

Below are some ideas for you to help you celebrate the Month of Mary at home.  It would be lovely if you were able to do some of these during May to honour Our Lady.
