Today we welcomed Mr & Mrs Ferguson, directors of Filtered Aesthetics, located here in the City who made a very kind and generous donation to our Parent Association ‘The Friends of Good Shepherd.’
“Our company ethos and values from the very start was always the aim to help people within our City and beyond who may have issues with their appearance that they feel is affecting their mental health, confidence and/or wellbeing. As well as being firm believers in giving back to our local community having donated and fund raised for other charity organisations such as Foyle Search and Rescue, ARC Fitness and Altnagelvin Hospital for their efforts during the Covid-19 pandemic...”
“...Our daughters attend Good Shepherd Primary & Nursery School and despite the pressures which the education sector have faced due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic and the various cuts to education, they are thriving and developing fantastically. We would like to take the opportunity to thank the entire staff of the school and donate some money as a token of our appreciation. We can see that the school values the importance of play within the school curriculum. As a teacher myself I recognise the importance of this too.”
We would like to thank Mr & Mrs Ferguson and the team at Filtered Aesthetics for their kind words and generosity which they have shown. We will ensure that this will be spent on developing our play resources which will enrich the learning experiences of the children within our Nursery Unit.
