Emergency Medication

Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please ensure that all emergency medication that your child requires is sent into school on their first day back.

(Inhalers- relievers only, Epipens etc....)

It should be placed in a sealed bag clearly labelled with their name and class.  Please also make note of any expiry dates on this medication as it your repsonsiblity to monitor and refresh medication if necessary.  Please also submit any updated care plans if your child requires one.
