Dear Parents/Guardians,
In Primary 1, each child has a weight, height and earing check-up with the school nurse. Due to school closure last year, our current Primary 2 children have not had this.
On Friday 23rd April, both Primary 1 & Primary 2 children will receive a school nurse consent form. This must be returned to school no later than Wednesday 28th April.
The school nurse will be in school on Monday 10th, Tuesday 11th & Wednesday 12th May to conduct these health checks. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, parents/guardians are unable to accompany their child, but the school nurse will contact any parents/guardians with any queries or concerns if necessary.
