On Saturday the sun shone down on our Primary 4 children as they celebrated the Sacrament of First Holy Communion.
The children prepared so well and participated with such enthusiasm and confidence. They sang, read, and followed the service with great respect and reverence. We are so proud of each and every one of you! We would like to express our sincere thanks to all their Parents/Guardians for their continued support.
Many thanks to Fr Canny and Deacon Steven Ward for the beautiful ceremony. Thank you to Mrs Connor, Mr Doherty, Miss Gillespie, Miss Emma and Miss Caoimhe who assisted the children in their preparations. To Mrs Forbes for her musical direction, Mrs Kivlehan our RE co-ordinator and to Mrs Harley for her ongoing support.
Today the Primary 4 classes came together and celebrated with some cake....a lovely way to mark this special moment in their lives.
