FLU VACCINE CATCH-UP 8/12/20

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The school nurse will be in school on Tuesday 8th December @ 11am approx. to administer the nasal flu vaccine to anyone who missed out previously. 

This can only be administered if permission has been granted and forms have been handed in previously,
