Flu Vaccine

Dear Parents/Carers

The school nurses are in our school today to give the flu vaccine to those children whose parents have given consent. They will return to the school in 4-6 weeks’ time to give the flu vaccine to any child who is absent today for any reason. If you have not already returned your consent form you can do this on your child’s return.
