Dear Parents/Guardians,
Your views and opinions matter to us and are central to all that we do as a school community. As part of the Department of Education guidance on school uniform consultations; we have drafted a short questionnaire for you complete with regard to our school context. This will help inform our school uniform policy. The opinions of the children and staff will also be sought as part of this consultation process.

This questionnaire will close on Friday 4th October at 3pm.
