Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are looking forward to welcoming our Grandparents (or Parent/Guardian if they cannot attend) to school tomorrow morning. We ask that all visitors enter the school building by the front reception door or the main nursery door (if visiting the nursery children). We are expecting large numbers to attend. Due to health and safety, visitors cars are not permitted in the grounds of the school unless blue badge holders. Disabled parking is extremely limited.
In order to fulfil morning routines within the classrooms, we ask that all visitors wait until 9.15am to enter the school building. We will have to return the school canteen to our kitchen staff around 11am in order to set up for the children's dinners.
Light refreshments will be served in the school canteen from 9.15am-11am so Grandparents are free to drop in and out of the classrooms and the canteen at any stage of the morning.
We look forward to seeing everyone on what will be a busy and fun filled morning.
