Good morning to all the P7 boys and girls. You have been in our thoughts and prayers all week but never more so than this morning, when you should have been preparing to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit on your Confirmation Day. Mrs Harley, Mrs Forbes and Mr Herron are devastated that we don’t get to share this special occasion with you, but we know that it will take place when things return to normal.
P7 is such a special year and we all feel heartbroken that the lovely things we had planned to celebrate and do with you all cannot take place just now. However, there are so many positive things we can all continue to do at home in the meantime.
Please continue to work hard at your schoolwork, read lots of books, play musical instruments, draw, play board games, play in your garden, talk to each other, and, most importantly, STAY AT HOME!
Listen carefully to your parents and carers. Keep in touch with your grandparents and family members. Keep saying your prayers, and as August would say, choose kind!
