P2 Visit City of Derry Airport ✈️

It was the turn of our Primary 2 classes to visit City of Derry Airport today.  They had a exciting time exploring the various areas in the Airport, meeting the staff and experiencing the busy environment.  This was organised as part of their topic of transport....on the way home before boarding the bus they then had the opportunity to see a flat tyre... yet again another real life learning experience and adventure! 🤣 Thankfully everyone returned to enjoy lunchtime and reported on a wonderful day.  Thank you to the foundation stage team for organising this and to the City of Derry Airport staff. ✈️
