School Funds Contribution
Dear parent/guardian,
Re. School Funds Contribution
Due to continued educational cuts to school funding, every year we ask families for a contribution to the School Fund. This is a voluntary contribution and we limit it to £30 per family. This year due to Covid-19 restructions we will be very limited as to the types of fundraising we can carry out, so this year more than any other we do rely on this contribution.
What is this used for?
This money is used for the benefit of all pupils at the school. It will be used to support and enhance teaching and learning resources as well as the general upkeep of the schools facilities.
This year we need funds to support:
- Accelerated Reading
- Izak 9 maths resources
- Maintenance of current ICT provisions such as interactive whiteboard projectors
- Improvement of the school environment
- Minor maintenance of the school
- The development our outdoor learning facilities
- The purchase of learning though play resources
This can be paid via parentpay, or if you wish in cash at the school office.
We are very grateful for your support throughout the year.
Kind Regards,
Mrs S. McCafferty
