Sentinus Flight Workshop

Our Year 6 classes recently took part in a STEM workshop on Flight, presented by Joanne Sweeney of Sentinus. We designed helicopters and learned about stored energy. Some flights were more successful than others! We made rockets which we then powered with a pump. There was great excitement as we launched each rocket in the top playground-some almost left the Earth's atmosphere!
