Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are excited to welcome our school community to our sports day tomorrow, Friday 2nd June. In the interests of health and safety please be mindful of the following measures in place to ensure everyone has a happy and safe day:
- Photographs/videos should not be taken in the school grounds of any children.
- Children should wear appropriate sports wear including trainers.
- Children will need sunscreen applied before coming to school and should bring a bottle of water.
- Parents/Guardians are welcome to attend from 9.30am- please note we are expecting large crowds.
- Children must remain with their class teacher throughout the day.
- It is a full school day as normal for all children.
- Light refreshments will be available for visitors in the school canteen between 10-11am. Hot drinks should not be removed from the canteen.
- Hot drinks should not be consumed on the playgrounds.
- Please be mindful of scaffolding which is around the school building for the ongoing roof refurbishment.
