UPDATED INFORMATION
Hi Everyone,
Welcome back!
It was great seeing all the smiling faces coming into school this week.
Boys and girls you were absolutely fantastic and we just loved having you back in school.
Those boys and girls who weren't able to attend their Induction Session, we look forward to welcoming you on Tuesday 1st September.
Staff will be waiting at key points that morning to direct you where to go, and your teacher will explain our new routines in school.
Many thanks to all those parents who so generously offered very positive feedback on our restart plans. It's much appreciated!
As we outlined, our plans may be subject to change and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.
PLEASE NOTE:
- From Tuesday 1st September P1 & P2 children will now be brought down by their teachers to be collected inside the school grounds. Parents should adhere to social distancing measures while waiting for their child.
- From Tuesday 1st September the school gates will not open until 08:45am. In order to minimise large numbers of children arriving together, children can come to school between 08:45-09:15.
- From Tuesday 1st September P3 children should be brought inside the school grounds to the bottom of the path and then make their way by themselves to the P3 entrance door.
- All children must be picked up promptly at home time (check previous information for your child's finishing time). Once school is over children cannot return to the building as cleaning will be in progress. Please contact the school should you find that you are running late.
- We are aware that you, like ourselves, are very conscious of caring for our environment. So, after careful consideration, children may bring a disposable bag or lunch bag/box/water bottle that can be cleaned/disinfected daily. Please bear in mind that in the interests of health and safety these bags/boxes must be able to be stored safely, therefore keep them small.
- School dinners are only available to those entitled to free school meals until further notice. If you have not received confirmation of FSM from EA please provide your child with a packed lunch.
Enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend,
Looking forward to seeing you all on Tuesday 1st September 2020.
